Using this website
This site is here to describe our services and let you request a quote. We do our best to keep the information on it accurate and current, but details like pricing factors, service areas, and availability can change. Nothing on this site should be treated as a binding offer until we've confirmed it with you directly.
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to scrape it, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Requesting a quote
Submitting the quote form or calling us starts a conversation, it does not create a service contract. A quote becomes final only after we've confirmed the scope of work with you, typically following a free walkthrough of your space. Estimated pricing given before a walkthrough is preliminary and may change once we've seen the site.
Service agreements
Once you accept a quote, the specific scope of work, cleaning frequency, pricing, payment terms, and access arrangements will be confirmed with you in writing before service begins. New clients start with a 30-day trial period so you can evaluate our work before committing further. Any notice period, cancellation terms, or contract details beyond the trial will be set out in that written agreement, not on this page.
Insurance and compliance
We're happy to provide documentation of either on request.
Limitation of liability
We take care to do the work properly and stand behind it. That said, to the extent permitted by law, Westmount Cleaning Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law, or the coverage provided under our general liability insurance for our actual cleaning work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
