This policy covers visitors to this website and anyone who submits our quote request form. It's written by us, in plain language, it's not a copy-paste template.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we ask for:

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your business or facility type and approximate space size

Your city

Anything else you choose to tell us in the notes field, entirely optional

We don't collect anything beyond what you enter into the form. We don't currently use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up with you about our services. If you become a client, we use your contact information to coordinate service and communicate with you about your account.

How the form is processed

Quote requests submitted through this site are delivered to us using FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-to-email service. Your submission passes through their system on its way to our inbox at contact@westmountcleaningco.ca. We don't control FormSubmit.co's own systems, but we don't share your information with them for any purpose beyond delivering your message to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone

We don't currently refer inquiries to outside subcontractors

We don't use your information for advertising or marketing lists without your separate consent

How long we keep it

If you submit a quote request and we don't end up working together, we keep your information only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry, then remove it. If you become a client, we retain your contact and service information for as long as needed to provide service and meet our own recordkeeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@westmountcleaningco.ca and we'll respond directly.

The short version: we collect what you give us through the quote form, use it to get back to you and serve you if you become a client, and don't sell, rent, or hand it off to anyone else.

We may update this page as our practices evolve. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
